Talli Dolge is the President and CEO of Wellbeing Action For Youth (WAY), where she leads efforts to advance youth mental health through upstream prevention, resilience-building, and mindful awareness. A highly accomplished national mental health strategist, Talli brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and executive leadership to her work, with a proven track record of designing innovative programs and guiding organizations through transformative change.
Previously, Talli served as CEO of Mindful Workplace LLC, where she developed customized mental health strategies for national foundations, corporations, and nonprofits. She was also the founder and creator of the Mobile Mental Wellness Collaborative, a pioneering initiative that expanded mental health access across communities nationwide. Her leadership has shaped philanthropic giving, public policy, and corporate wellness initiatives through strategic roles with major organizations, including serving as Mental Health Strategic Advisor for Stand Together.
Talli has been a trusted mental health contributor for ABC affiliate KSAT-12, frequently appearing in media segments and community town halls to promote awareness and reduce stigma. She launched the podcast Dearest Oprah, where she candidly shared her experiences living with a mental health diagnosis, drawing a loyal following of over 25,000 listeners. She also co-hosted The Empathetic Edge, a podcast exploring intentional and empathetic leadership.
A sought-after national speaker, Talli addresses critical topics such as mental health, resilience, trauma, and hope. She has spoken for leading organizations including the Houston Area Suicide Coalition, the LPGA, the San Antonio Spurs, and Silver Ventures. Her past advisory roles include the UTSA College of Health, Community, and Policy, the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers, and the Mental Health Literacy Collaborative.
Talli holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on School/Community Counseling from SUNY Brockport. Her previous leadership roles include serving as CEO of Jewish Family Service of San Antonio and holding executive positions at the Witte Museum and Walt Disney World. Talli’s integrated background in counseling, strategy, and leadership fuels her mission to create lasting impact through mental wellness.
